Duplicate rows of data on m-Fin SPEEDTYPE ONE-LINER [1]

We have fixed an issue with m-fin SPEEDTYPE ONE-LINER where, at times, the report was producing unnecessary duplicate rows of data. This fix has been migrated to cu-data QA and will be migrated to production later today. [now in production]
