eComm users must take SkillSoft courses to access Salesforce [1]

Before access to eComm tools (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Cvent) is granted, new users must complete FERPA, accessibility, data security and PCI compliance training. This is not training of the Salesforce tools.
