eComm Town Hall held on Feb. 25, 2015 [1]
The CU eComm Virtual Town Hall was held on February 25, 2015. CU leadership, the eComm team [3] and ACF Solutions [4] (eComm implementation partner) provided a project update, reviewed the implementation timeline, discussed training and support and answered questions.
More than 115 people logged on to hear about how Salesforce will soon be CU's constituent relationship management (CRM) database and will be extended to replace Harris Connect for CU's systemwide eComm program.
