CHANGES TO PROCEDURES AND FORMS
(For the period July 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018)
The following administrative procedures and forms will be undergoing changes in conjunction with the January 1, 2019, policy cycle.
- The end of the calendar year will see completion of minor edits and updates to Accounting Handbook financial procedures. https://www.cu.edu/controller/procedures/accounting-handbook.
PSC Forms changes:
- Non-Employee Reimbursement (NR) form replaced with Non-Employee Reimbursement-International (NRI) form. https://www.cu.edu/psc/forms/non-employee-reimbursement-nr (Note: The majority of non-employee reimbursements are now being accomplished in the Concur system. The change in this paper form reflects its much narrower use for international payments.)
