Description: Get a handle on setting up faculty contracts. In this session, we’ll review contract set-up fields and the effect of contract-related begin and end dates. You will get to look at pay rate changes and the renewal process as well as how contract pay (CRG) and earnings not paid (ENP) are calculated. Also, see how contract details information effects budgeting and funding setup. And finally, see how the accrual process posts to the general ledger (GL).

Description: To hire, or to rehire? That may be a question you need answer. Or how about to create a position, or prepare an existing one? This webinar looks at hiring decisions and practices related to HCM data entry. This session also looks at the difference between funding a vacant or a filled position with an incumbent. You will also learn about common errors and how to avoid them.

Audits and Time Leave Processing
Description: This webinar will review what controls pay and how job data and leave systems work together for the employee to be paid correctly. We will also review what is required for the department user to upload time sheets from My Leave to CU Time for payroll processing. We will discuss the audit reports used before and after payroll is processed. Participants will learn how to use additional reports to audit individual time sheets for specific periods of time.

Description: This webinar will review tracking time and leave using the My Leave time keeping system. Participants will review how to set up preferences, record exception time usage, submit time sheets and read balances on the My Leave time sheets.
