The purpose of the Aligning with Organizational Purpose course is to provide participants with simple, powerful tools for defining and aligning with individual, team, and organizational purpose.

Why do some organizations seem to have the ability to inspire, innovate, and succeed ... even when their resources are less than or equal to other organizations?  A re-imagined, energized, strategic planning process is key.
