Submit your application by your campus deadline

Submit the Tuition Assistance Benefit application for you or your dependent by the deadline of the campus of attendance:

  • CU Colorado Springs: Tuesday, June 18, 2019
  • CU Denver/Anschutz (summer deadline): Tuesday, June 18, 2019
  • CU Boulder: Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019

 Taxation

By law, tuition assistance is subject to federal, state and FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes. Taxable employees can expect these taxes to be deducted from their paychecks one to two months after their CU campus of registration's census deadline.

Find the census deadline for the campus of attendance:

Employees Services will notify taxable employees via email each semester. Learn more about the general taxation process by viewing our webinar on the Tuition Assistance Benefits Taxes website.
