Open Enrollment runs from April 22 to May 10
Open Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. April 22 and will close at 5 p.m. May 10. This is the time of the year when CU faculty and staff can make changes to their benefit plans.
Employee Services will hold several sessions to help you make the best health care decisions for you and your family.
The Basics of CU Health Plans and Pre-tax Savings Options workshop will help you understand and compare CU's medical, dental and vision plans. You'll also learn the difference between a Health Savings Account (HSA) and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), how pre-tax saving options can benefit you and help you save on qualifying health care and dependent care expenses. This information will help you determine if your coverage is on course to meet your needs or if you need to make adjustments during Open Enrollment.

- CU Boulder on April 22 (two sessions)
Open Enrollment Sessions and Fairs
At Open Enrollment Sessions and Fairs, faculty and staff can attend presentations on coming plan changes and available services. The fairs allow the opportunity to meet with representatives from Employee Services, Anthem, CU Health & Welfare Trust, Delta Dental and Kaiser Permanente, and ask questions to guide your decisions.

Registration for these events will open in late March, with invitations sent to all benefits-eligible employees.
