CU Alert: portal is experiencing a service issue for June 12, 2017

Current symptoms include:

  • When logged into the campus or employee portal and the user’s session times out, all users are redirected to the System Administration login page

Known workarounds include:

UIS has implemented temporary workarounds, as follows:

  • Campus users on a Student or Faculty tab: Logout or Timeout goes to Campus Sign In
  • Campus users accessing via the CU Resources tab: Logout goes to the campus Sign In page and Timeout goes to my.cu.edu
  • System Administration staff in logging in via the portal: Logout or Timeout goes to my.cu.edu

UIS is working toward a permanent solution. More information will be provided when available.
