Messa joined UIS as the new Senior Salesforce Administrator - ODE. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will provide configuration, technical support and software development for Salesforce enterprise systems. Messa will work collaboratively across functional areas and project teams as a subject matter expert on topics including, but not limited to: solutions architecture (development, definition and implementation), integrations support for Salesforce, application program interfaces (APIs), leads selection and creation of tools, as well as architectural templates and patterns.
Integrations Developer – Advancement
Ram joined UIS as a new Integrations Developer. Ram will provide technical support and software development for integrations of university enterprise systems. This position has an emphasis on the integration of UC Innovation’s Ascend tool with other systems, using the MuleSoft integration platform. Ram is tasked with requirements gathering, design and development of integrations using a variety of technologies, and mainly focusing on near-real-time message-based patterns.

Sean joined UIS as a Service Desk technician. In this role, Sean provides first-level customer support to the CU community, including basic computer troubleshooting and repair, network/internet connectivity, email, software applications as well as incident triage. Sean is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery for the departments supported by the UIS Service Desk.

John joined UIS as the new Salesforce Administrator for the Transformation & Innovation Program (TIP). In this role, John will assist in the configuration, technical support and software development of CU’s Salesforce enterprise systems. He will work collaboratively across functional areas and project teams on topics including, but not limited to: solutions architecture (development, definition and implementation), integrations support for Salesforce, application program interfaces (APIs), leads selection and creation of tools, and architectural templates and patterns.

Abhinav Havle joined UIS as the new Service Desk Student Technician. In this role, Abhinav will provide desktop support to System Administration staff. This includes endpoint support (workstations, printers and office phones), hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, and meeting setup, such as the configuration of audio-visual equipment, projectors and conference phones. Remote support is also provided to System Administration departments in offsite locations via a remote support tool.

Arsadur “Arsad” Rahman joined UIS as the new Tableau BI Analyst/Developer. In this customer-centric position, Arsad will focus on administering and maintaining a solid BI architecture tool, providing customer guidance on BI best practices and ongoing end-user support. He will collaborate with and advise report developers, communicate enhancement roll outs, promote end-user adoption, and ensure the continued successes of BI deliverables.
