In March 2016, CU’s primary enterprise application provider Oracle held its annual user group conference for its nearly 600 members. Each year, CU shows our leadership in higher education technologies by presenting our expertise and best practices in implementing and operating Oracle’s range of PeopleSoft and other applications.
This year, 15 UIS staff members and 9 employees from other campus and System Administration offices provided their time and expertise attending and presenting at the Oracle High Education User Group (HEUG) Alliance conference March 7-9. Presentations were offered across nearly all Alliance tracks, ranging from student systems, technical, reporting and business intelligence, project and change management and more. Take a look at the breadth of knowledge CU shared with colleague institutions at HEUG Alliance.
CU will be front and center participating in HEUG Alliance in 2017 and will provide feedback to Oracle about products throughout the year. Be sure to read about how the university influences the direction of Oracle and PeopleSoft applications by participating in HEUG advisory groups.
