CU Alert: HCM is experiencing a service interruption in the Skillsoft Supervisor Training Summary.
Current symptoms include:
-The Supervisor Training Summary (Employee Portal - CU Resources - Training - Supervisor Training Summary or accessed via the Manager Dashboard), is not responding when trying to select an employee. The individual Employee Training Summary is working properly.
If you have an urgent need to access this data for an employee, please contact system.training@cu.edu.
Known workarounds include:
-None
UIS identified a resolution in the non-production system and is testing in the production environment. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
