We're monitoring PETs for accuracy ahead of fiscal year end
Fixing PET problems is a top priority for the HCM and Finance teams, especially as we approach fiscal year-end.
Here's what we're doing:
- On a daily basis, we're monitoring the accounting lines in HCM and FIN to confirm they match up.
- If HCM doesn't feed a PET transaction into FIN, we'll notify the PET creator (referencing the PET ID) that there's a problem.
Here's what we're asking you to do:
- If you notice a problem with a PET not showing up appropriately in FIN—and if you have not received an email notification about that PET—please contact HCM_Community@cu.edu and tell us the PET ID that hasn’t fed.
