We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to drive business process improvements and support campus partners as an HR Analyst.
In this University Staff position, you’ll serve as a liaison and HCM expert to our campus partners and University Information Systems teams. You’ll test, troubleshoot and support CU Careers and HCM systems, developing and maintaining consistent and accurate documentation of processes and issue resolution.
To apply, you should have at least three years of experience working in HCM/HRMS and understand system integrations, the recruitment lifecycle and other HR procedures.
