User alert: Payroll processes affect My Leave, CU Time accruals

Some department users and employees have reported inconsistencies in leave accruals for both CU Time and My Leave.

Employee Services is aware of the issue and we can assure you these errors will not affect employees’ pay. The reason: This error only affects the display of leave accruals, not the official system record.

What happened?

The errors were caused by our leave accrual process that runs after monthly payroll completes.

When will it be fixed?

We are currently identifying a root cause and will communicate when you can expect fixes to roll out. We fully expect displays to work properly once we implement a solution.

We apologize for the inconvenience and concern this error has generated, and we are working quickly to address and resolve this issue.
