User alert: attachments not saving in PET transaction page using Safari
Users have reported the inability to save attachments when performing PET transactions in the Safari browser. The "OK" button is inaccessible in Safari (below), meaning users can't save the uploaded file.
While there is no known workaround at this time, users may use another browser such as Chrome or Internet Explorer.
