Update on transactions and tasks in preparation for Wave 3
This message provides an update on tasks users need to complete prior to the implementation of Elevate Wave 3 from 6 p.m. to midnight Aug. 3.
No ePAR Transactions must be finalized before go-live
No ePAR transactions need to be completed prior to Wave 3’s launch. Open ePAR approval chains will remain in place and will need to be approved as normal. These open ePAR approval chains will run concurrently with Wave 3’s new business processes and systematic changes to approval workflow for a period of time.
For example, if a user submits an ePAR transaction on Aug. 2, the approval workflow chain is in progress and will need to be approved through the old workflow. After Wave 3 changes debut at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 4, any transactions a user starts will process through new approval chains.
A July 21 HCM Community blog post provided inaccurate information about the transactions that needed to be completed before go-live. We apologize for this error and any confusion it caused.
