Training requirements introduced for new HCM Community members
To equip you with the right knowledge and skills, we’re requiring new HCM Community members to take SkillSoft courses before they access the system(s).
You can find this information on our revamped HCM Access and Training and CU Careers Access and Training webpages, which outline the roles and required SkillSoft courses you must complete, depending on your job duties, and instructions for requesting access through CU Identity Manager (OIM).
Earlier this spring, we revised our SkillSoft courses to include the most accurate, up-to-date information and clearer screenshots. We continue to work with HCM experts to ensure these courses keep up with system improvements and best practices.
Even if you’re a seasoned user, we strongly suggest you watch the demos and review the summaries of each course. For information on accessing SkillSoft, please visit the Employee Learning and Development website.
