System fixes and enhancements, June 19-23
The following fixes and enhancements affecting Payroll Expense Transfers (PETs) and ePAR Global Inquiry processes were implemented this week:
ePAR Global Inquiry
- In the ePAR Global Inquiry page, when users search, the results currently display from the most current ePARs backwards, instead of from Go-Live to current. If more than 300 results returned, the most current ePAR’s would not display. With this fix, they will now. The navigation path is as follows: HCM > Smart PAF > Inquire ePAR Transactions.
Payroll Expense Transfers (PETs)
- Enhancements were made to the HRGL Request General Search page to allow for the use of a wildcard in any of the fields. For example, users can enter a partial value, such as 120, under speedtype to return any PETs involving speedtypes starting with 120.
- A Project field has been added so users can search on Project ID.
- A fix was migrated to eliminate small penny changes to deductions and taxes where no changes were made on those speedtypes for a PET.
