System fixes and enhancements, Jan. 16-20
The following fixes were implemented this week:
- An issue that allowed users to save a PET with a row containing a blank speedtype has been resolved
- The accounting date on the PET has been fixed and it is now the date that feeds into Finance
- The custom leave accrual process and table configuration for specific earnings codes were not processing accurately. The new code has corrected the identified issues. A prior communication was released when this problem was initially reported, with the approval of the campus CHRO’s, stating that Employee Services would identify the employees who were affected at the start of the 2016/2017 fiscal year. We will gather this information and partner with HR offices on campus to move forward with correcting these hours for our partners within the departments.
