System fixes and enhancements, Feb. 20-24
The following fixes affecting My Leave were implemented this week:
- A condition in the system was affecting hourly employees with overtime and additional hours calculating in My Leave. The My Leave timesheet calculation was correct, however, when the hours were pulled into CU Time, additional hours were added to the regular hours total. The payroll team has been correcting these hours prior to confirming payroll to prevent overpayments. The system is now functioning properly.
- An enhancement that adds descriptions to columns in the My Leave balance bar is now complete. The text can be seen when you hover your mouse over the details in each column. You can read more about the descriptions here.
