System fixes and enhancements, Aug. 14-18
The following fixes affecting Funding Entry and Encumbrances were implemented this week:
- The encumbrance job will resume its weekly Friday evening schedule on Aug. 18.
- Some funding entries were being held at approved status and did not update the department budget table. Additionally, there was an issue with UCCS funding entries when funding was distributed to more than one speedtype. Certain speedtypes caused a “data being added conflicts with existing data” message. These issues have been resolved.
The following fix for My Leave was implemented last week:
- Timesheets for termed employees (if created) are now visible.
