Summary of first three HCM Workshops now available online
Fall is in the air, which means we’re getting closer to the Elevate project’s go-live! If you missed the first three HCM Campus Workshops, now’s your chance to catch up.
We covered important features of the new system in our first three HCM Campus Workshops: HCM Overview, Non-Person Profiles and CU Careers. Together, they lay a foundation for completing essential tasks in HCM, which subsequent workshop and labs will build upon.
You can find a summary of key concepts and changes here. Make sure to download the PDF to your computer to read the presenter notes. We highly recommend you review the document, especially if you missed the first few training sessions. It’s also a great refresher as we wrap up the training phase.
HCM Overview now available online
We’ve published an online version of the HCM Overview Workshop on SkillSoft, our learning management system. This course is a prerequisite for several subsequent workshops. To access the virtual HCM Overview Workshop, follow the instructions on the right sidebar of our HCM Training page.
Structured and Open Labs coming soon!
We know you’re eager to test drive the system. After HCM Workshops end, we’ll host in-person Structured Lab sessions that walk you through common HCM scenarios. Closer to go-live, Open Labs will let you explore the system at your own pace and get tips from subject-matter experts. Stay tuned for registration details!
