Stay current on HCM project with revamped website

Now, you can find the latest updates on how CU is upgrading its existing HR system into the Human Capital Management system (HCM) through a newly designed website.

By visiting www.cu.edu/hcm-project, you can find project notes from various HCM group meetings and status updates on the current phase of the project. Each section of the site introduces the project’s different stages, from planning and design to final testing and training. The final phase of the project is set to be completed in November 2015.

Most recently, the HCM team successfully completed its fit gap sessions. Campus-wide HCM teams used these sessions to analyze system features including: profiles and positions; jobs and personal data; recruiting; payroll and time collection; and funding and fit gap decisions. Find details about this stage of the HCM upgrade in the Planning & Design – Fit Gap section of the website.

The current stage of the upgrade is the detailed design and development phase. During this phase, the team will build the components of the new system. Learn how your feedback can help shape these changes—and how you could win a Starbucks card just for sending us your input.
