September pay missing on reports? Here’s what to do.
An issue that arose during last week’s payroll processing may affect the information you see on monthly payroll journals from Central Information Warehouse (CIW). Look over the information below to see what to do if you’re affected.
During processing for this Friday’s payroll, a process failed to complete for pay groups F12, MON and FOT. These errors were fixed on Sept. 27, and the data was sent to the General Ledger prior to nightly processing.
If this data does not show up in the CIW, especially for the F12 pay group, please email email@example.com with the subject line “Monthly Payroll Journal for September.” Once a ticket is submitted, we will track down the information you need.
