A number of working retirees unable to access paycheck stubs in the portal

A number of working retirees have reported that they are unable to view their paychecks in the employee portal. When accessing their paychecks, the following message is populated:

Working retirees are the main population affected. However, some active employees are experiencing this issue. If employees or working retirees in your department report this issue, please let them know a fix is in the works.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will notify the HCM Community when a fix is implemented.
