My Leave September events issue resurfaces, workaround in place

Some employees have reported receiving a message stating, “Timesheet has been already created for this pay period” when trying to enter a September event.  This issue is similar to one users experienced earlier this month. A correction for this issue is expected to be migrated the evening of Oct. 6.

If employees ask about this message, please instruct them to click through and continue to add September 2016 calendar events. The message has been updated with the following instructions:

If an employee is entering events in pay periods that have posted, a payroll liaison will need to correct pay and balances.
