HRMS Tip: Job Approval Status
The Approval Status field in HRMS Job Data is a human- to-human communication field and is not read by PeopleSoft. This means a “Proposed” or even a “Rejected” status will not stop a job from paying. To avoid overpayments, please check status on the jobs you oversee. If the job should not pay, the best way to keep it from doing so is to put the job itself in non-active status.
