User alert: Hire effective date errors
Users have reported errors when trying to terminate and rehire an employee on the same day or when completing a pay rate change and hire on the same day.
We are actively resolving these issues on a case-by-case basis. In the meantime, please hold on entering these transactions. If you have already entered hires with a 6/2/2016 effective date, here's what to do.
