How we're prioritizing tickets

With the rollout of the new Employee Services Cherwell portal, we want to share more information on how we assess ticket priority.

To focus on the most pressing issues, we will begin classifying each ticket by urgency and impact. Urgency reflects the time frame in which we must resolve an issue, and impact refers to the scope. These criteria help us map out issues along this matrix:

System Updates

System fixes for April 4-8

This week, we made several updates to My Leave and transaction pages. Read a summary here.  

We're simplifying CU Time.

Employee Services working through 74 backlogged transactions

We're reaching out to 53 users who submitted transactions in error status between Feb. 1-29. Learn more.

Wrap up Jobs at CU postings.

Make sure to close out any remaining postings by June 30, 2016 -the last day you'll have access to Jobs at CU.
