HCM Update: Attachment issue, time approvals
Below are updates to the two remaining high priority issues being actively worked:
The HCM System team is currently working with Oracle on a fix for users being locked out of the system while trying to attach documents.
Please continue to refrain from attaching documents in HCM. This includes supporting documentation attachments as well as the attachments of files that will be processed via uploads, including training uploads.
The UIS teams have identified the source of timesheet approvals failures. Please refrain from approving timesheets until a fix is implemented.
UIS has dedicated team members working tonight to make progress on these issues. We will send a follow-up message in the morning with any updates. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
