HCM project team to offer testing, training and deep dive sessions this summer
The Human Capital Management (HCM) system has been a bit of a moving target as the team works to configure and customize it. Right now, we are completing our test move 2, which will incorporate all the new changes and give us newer data to test.
We're also preparing to hold HCM Campus Workshops starting in July. Learn more about these training opportunities.
Deep dive sessions delayed
We have delayed our deep dives in order to make these changes and get the system looking like it will when you start to use it. We are currently working with your campus to get these sessions scheduled. In June, we plan to use the currently scheduled meetings to show you the system – including forms – so you can see what the system will look like when you start to use it.
In July, we will schedule deep dives so that you can come and try it out. We will be conducting testing sessions and soliciting feedback beginning in July and running into September.
As most of our changes are configurations, we are able to make changes and retest up until the system freezes.
