Halfway through Open Enrollment: Get your benefits today!
Employees who are eligible for CU benefits plans have more than a week to enroll or re-enroll in them. Remind your co-workers of their options before the enrollment deadline at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 11.
Here are some resources to help you answer questions:
Where can I get information?
- Employee Services benefits professionals have already visited the Denver and Anschutz campuses, but they will hold Open Enrollment sessions and fairs on May 5, 6 and 7, on the Boulder campus, the CU System building and on the UCCS campus, respectively. See the full schedule of events on the Open Enrollment website.
- For full details on Open Enrollment and your options, visit www.cu.edu/oe.
What do I need to know?
- We’ve added some exciting new plan features to improve your overall wellness. Watch this short video to see what’s new.
- Wondering how each plan stacks up? Use our plan comparison tool for an apples-to-apples overview of what each plan offers.
- Rates have changed a little, but this year’s increases are generally small. For more information, visit the rates page.
- If you don’t do anything, you may be enrolled in the same benefits. Check on how you’ll be enrolled if you do nothing.
How do I enroll?
- You will find our enrollment tool in your employee portal at my.cu.edu:
- Under the CU Resources tab, click on "Payroll and Compensation" in the left menu, then select "Benefits Enrollment." This tool will walk you through the enrollment process.
- Once you're done, click "Submit" at the bottom of the confirmation page.
- Remember: While you will not get a confirmation email when you finish, you can find your enrollment details in the Benefits Summary, under the Payroll and Compensation menu.
