Halfway through Open Enrollment: Get your benefits today!

Employees who are eligible for CU benefits plans have more than a week to enroll or re-enroll in them. Remind your co-workers of their options before the enrollment deadline at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 11.

Here are some resources to help you answer questions:

Where can I get information?

  • Employee Services benefits professionals have already visited the Denver and Anschutz campuses, but they will hold Open Enrollment sessions and fairs on May 5, 6 and 7, on the Boulder campus, the CU System building and on the UCCS campus, respectively. See the full schedule of events on the Open Enrollment website.

  • For full details on Open Enrollment and your options, visit www.cu.edu/oe.

What do I need to know?

How do I enroll?

  • You will find our enrollment tool in your employee portal at my.cu.edu:
    • Under the CU Resources tab, click on "Payroll and Compensation" in the left menu, then select "Benefits Enrollment." This tool will walk you through the enrollment process.

    • Once you're done, click "Submit" at the bottom of the confirmation page.

    • Remember: While you will not get a confirmation email when you finish, you can find your enrollment details in the Benefits Summary, under the Payroll and Compensation menu.
