Fixes rolled out ahead of annual leave certification
We’ve rolled out several fixes related to the annual leave certification process and My Leave functionality.
Required by Regents Policy 11-E, the annual leave certification is now available in the CU Resources area of the employee portal. Direct supervisors and employees to this step-by-step guide to complete the process.
Leave certification query
This year, you may run a leave certification query that tracks your department's progress. Find it here: Main Menu> CU HCM User WorkCenter> Resources> Query Manager> CUE_BEN_ANNUAL_LV_CERT.
My Leave functionality
Searching timesheets and leave requests
When searching timesheets and leave requests, supervisors may use a name that contains an apostrophe without receiving an SQL error.
Time sheet requests are now routing to the designated proxy. Previously, time sheets resubmitted by a proxy routed to the original supervisor for approval rather than the proxy.
