Experiencing the portal timing you out of HCM? Here’s what to do.
Users experiencing the portal timing them out of HCM when logged in (using multiple tabs) for extended periods can follow these steps to prevent this from happening.
Begin by logging into HCM:
When HCM is loaded, it will populate a second tab in the browser as seen below.
Next, users should exit the original portal tab with the X in the upper right corner of the browser tab, but should not sign out of it. Leave the tab loaded with HCM open and continue with your tasks uninterrupted.
