Enhancement makes it easier to alert employees of needed timesheets, approvals
We rolled out an enhancement that allows HCM users to more easily alert employees and supervisors about outstanding timesheets and approvals.

Using the alert feature, you can select employees with timesheets that are not yet submitted and send them an email reminder.
The email subject line reads, “My Leave Action Required.” The email says, “To ensure that you will be paid correctly and on time, you must submit your timesheet to be processed. Please take action now.”
The feature can also be used to inform supervisors of outstanding timesheet and leave request approvals. If the supervisor has set a proxy for approvals, it will email their designee.
