Employee Services working through 74 backlogged transaction errors
On April 5, Employee Services sent 74 emails to a group of HCM Community members who had submitted SMART ePAR transactions from Feb. 1-29 that are currently in System Update Error status.
If you receive one of these emails, you may review the details of the transaction by navigating to Main Menu> Smart PAF> Inquire ePAR Transactions, entering the ePAR number and clicking Search.
If you need ES to troubleshoot the transaction error, simply reply to the email. If the transaction is no longer relevant, you may ignore the message. All transactions without a response will be cleared April 12.
