While the majority of Employee Services staff will work remotely to do our part to reduce community spread of the COVID-19 virus, our services will continue without interruption. We're dedicated to providing excellent service to every CU employee and every HCM user. You can still reach us by phone or email. Elevate go-live delayed
The go-live date for the Elevate project, which will improve how CU faculty and staff get paid, track leave, manage financial transactions and more, has been delayed for one month. Human Capital Management (HCM), CU Careers and Finance (FIN) will now debut in December. Go-live dates are being verified and will be communicated as soon as they are available.
Campus and project leadership decided to allow campus HCM, CU Careers and FIN users like you additional time to familiarize yourself with the upgraded systems through webinars, testing, step-by-step guides and in-person classes. This conscientious approach will allow thousands of campus users to become more comfortable with the systems that ensure business at CU runs smoothly.
We will keep you informed of resources and opportunities to help you to best prepare for go-live. We recommend visiting the Elevate project website to review the following resources:
- Get Ready Guides: These checklists will give you simple, convenient ways to prepare yourself for go live. We will update these guides with new timelines as they become available, and let you know about all changes.
- Calendar of events: Project teams are regularly coming to your campus or presenting webinars to help you learn more about the system. Take advantage of the expertise available to you.
- Project pages: Project pages for HCM, FIN and UIS have a wealth of resources and information to help you prepare for go live.
- News: Stay informed on the latest project news.
Working collaboratively with our campus partners, we will ensure these upgraded systems will fully meet the University of Colorado’s business needs on all campuses.
