Setting up contracts for new faculty and students
Student contracts must never produce an ENP. To prevent this, make sure your contract and payment begin and end dates are the same. For specific dates, refer to your campus HR office.
Merit increases and contract renewals
Please ensure all faculty are updated to their correct pay status prior to the upcoming merit and contract renewal process. HR campus offices will be sent a list of all employees set for contract renewal on Wednesday, July 11 for validation by departments.
