The two factor authentication doesn't work very well. There have been 3 different employees that have a phone number that is listed, but it isn't on their HRMS profile. They have been completely random numbers. It usually takes a few days and a few calls to get it fixed.

As a new Business Partner it is confusing to see PBS listed in multiple areas. It seems like everything should be Employee Services or PBS. Not a mixture of both. Example- when you submit a handdrawn warrant you have to send it to a PBS email address. Example- on the payroll calendar some weeks it says information is due to PBS by a specific day. Other weeks things are due to ES. The October calendar alternates terms every week.

Why are some things labled DPL/PPL and some are Business Partner? Are they the same thing? As a new Business Partner it is confusing. Different pages and forms use different terminology.
