Benefit program errors resolved
We have resolved this morning's "benefits program" errors. Going forward, transactions should not generate these errors.
If you still have transactions in this error status, the HCM Systems team will process these transactions on your behalf.
To identify transactions with the "FUNCLIB_BEN.BENEFIT_PROGRAM" error, click the Preview button at the top of your window and select View All on All Panels. This displays a list of transaction errors and warnings.
Once you've identified transactions with this error, please send a list of the identification numbers to HCM_Community@cu.edu with the subject line SQL–Benefit Error.
