December Last Login Audit

• Action: Please complete column E of the last login spreadsheet (Dec. 2021 tab) by Friday, Dec. 10. Jen Mortensen will send notifications to users on Monday, Dec. 13.
  • Note: There are several users who are licensed in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud but appear to only be using Salesforce. While we currently do not offer a Salesforce-only license option, please assess whether these users (who are noted in column F) truly need access to both applications. We hope to introduce a Salesforce-only license option in the future but would prefer not to pay SFMC for MC licenses we do not actually need. Please contact Jen if you have questions or would like to discuss further. 

Cvent New User Experience

• Update: Cvent's new user experience went live on Dec. 2. Cvent users received a communication on Dec. 2 reminding them of the change.
