News

  • Congratulations to Shannon Hopkins - our newest Anschutz eComm specialist  - for obtaining her Marketing Cloud certification!
  • Please welcome Kristin Goosen to the eComm team! Kristin began her eComm specialist role at the Denver campus last week and is working to complete her training.

Failed Send Notifications

  • Research: After testing Marketing Cloud’s Alert Manager functionality, it was discovered that failed send notifications are only distributed when email sends “stop due to a system error or subscriber limit.” As a result, failed send notifications are not triggered when sends error due to:
    • incorrect personalization strings,
    • empty data extensions, or
    • unverified sender profiles.
  • Outcome: Due to this limited functionality, the eComm and CRM teams have decided not to move forward with implementation. Please feel free to contact Claire Hamilton with any comments or questions.
