The eComm team is continuing to work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to resolve ongoing issues with the connector that transmits email send data from Marketing Cloud to Salesforce. Frequent performance issues with the connector have led to gaps in key Salesforce email send data, including individual email results and dashboards. We are again attempting to correct this error.
The maintenance will occur during business hours in order to involve critical Salesforce Marketing Cloud team members in the resolution to increase the likelihood of a long-term successful resolution.
We expect that Marketing Cloud will be available again on Thursday, May 28. We will send you an update when maintenance is complete.
Please contact your eComm Specialist if you have any questions or concerns.
