eComm Upgrade: Marketing Cloud Journey Migration

As part of the eComm upgrade, journeys from Marketing Cloud will migrate to the new eComm environment. Currently, most eComm users do not utilize Journey Builder for their communications, so the impact of this transition is small. However, each eComm Specialist has been asked to review any use of Journey Builder on his or her campus and to ensure that all journeys that need to migrate are documented and delivered to the COE on December 17.

The COE created a spreadsheet to track journey information, including the following:

  1. Business Unit MID
  2. Journey Name

The eComm Specialists were notified of the migration deadline in Salesforce Chatter on December 5.
