Leadership Development Program (LDP) [1]
Developing emerging leaders and retaining high performers is a priority at the University of Colorado. Leaders must learn skills to manage complexity, ambiguity and change. LDP helps emerging leaders learn to inspire trust, communicate shared vision and build effective relationships.
The program runs monthly from January through June and focuses on four leadership themes:
- Leading Self
- Leading Others
- Leading Teams
- Leading Change
