Budget and Finance Policy

Budget and Finance Policy develops university-wide budget parameters in collaboration with campus leadership, the Board of Regents and state policymakers.  It is the primary fiscal liaison to state agencies and coordinates university-wide financial reporting to internal and external constituents.

Annual Budget

CU's budget is approved by the Board of Regents each spring.  The following tables present annual budgeted revenues and expenditures for each CU campus.

Cost of Attendance

Cost of attendance includes tuition and fees, housing, books, transportation and other expenses. Tuition and fee rates are approved by the Board of Regents each spring.  The following tables present the full-time cost of attendance at each CU campus by degree level, residency and school or college.
