Merit increases for CU employees go into effect on July 1, and you might be wondering what that means for you.
Here’s how to find out:
- Faculty and university staff: Because your department determines merit increases, your supervisor should talk to you about merit pay and answer any questions prior to July 1. If you haven’t heard anything, please ask.
- Classified staff, 50 percent or greater: Check out the “2014 Merit Pay” guide to calculate your new pay.
- Classified staff, less than 50 percent time: Review the “2014 Merit Pay” guide to calculate your new pay.
