Job Searches and Recruitment
Jobs at CU is the University of Colorado's online recruitment and applicant-tracking system. Departments have the ability to post open positions and review applications, and applicants are able to search and apply for, and track their employment applications online.
Preparing a position for recruitment begins on the Jobs at CU position management pages. You can create new positions and modify existing positions directly in Jobs at CU. These updates are then sent on a nightly feed from Jobs at CU to PeopleSoft HRMS. The next business day, the postion information will be accessible in PeopleSoft HRMS for review or budget approval. Jobs at CU should be used to recruit for classified staff, university staff (formerly exempt professionals), and faculty and research faculty position types. The student employment offices on each campus will continue to handle student job openings.

While applicants can view job postings at www.jobsatcu.com, human resources-approved guest users should access posting and applicant information using http://www.jobsatcu.com/hr. You can find information about Jobs at CU and how to use the system at https://content.cu.edu/jobs/access.html.
Access to Jobs at CU will be provided to University of Colorado personnel who support recruitments within their departments. Those who do not currently have access to the HRMS must also submit the Jobs at CU Security Access Form and complete the Fiscal Code of Ethics online training.
