Leadership Development Program
The LDP fosters employees who demonstrate a readiness for leadership and have been nominated by their supervisor. It's designed to help develop the emerging leadership skills that you've already demonstrated. You'll learn skills to manage complexity, ambiguity and change. By the end of the program, you'll have a stronger understanding of yourself, your role and your organization. Emerging leaders learn to inspire trust, communicate a shared vision and build effective relationships.
The LDP begins in January and runs through June with monthly workshops that focus on four leadership topics:
- leading self
- leading others
- leading teams
- leading change
The 2016 LDP began accepting nominations in November. More information will be available in a few weeks.
